Amy E. Oleksa is an intake and referral attorney at the Law Offices of Michael A. Demayo. Ms. Oleksa earned her undergraduate degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina having been admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2002.
Ms. Oleksa has over fourteen years of trial experience, serving first as an Assistant Public Defender for Mecklenburg County and later as a civil litigator specializing in the defense of complex litigation and medical malpractice actions.
Ms. Oleksa is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Mecklenburg County Bar Association and the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. She is admitted to the US District Court for the Western, Eastern, and Middle Districts of North Carolina, as well as the Cherokee Tribal Court.
Ms. Oleksa resides in South Charlotte with her husband and two sons.
