The firm is seeking a Mass Torts Paralegal whose primary responsibilities include reviewing medical records pleadings and preparing responses, reviewing and organizing client information and files, and reading/drafting legal documents.  The successful candidate will be well organized, accurate, customer service driven, able to meet tight deadlines, a team player, and will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.  5 years mass torts experience such as drug injuries, defective products and class actions as well as NC paralegal certification required.  Supervisory experience preferred.
