Michael A. DeMayo, is the president and founder of the Law Offices of Michael A. DeMayo, L.L.P. ®, which opened in Charlotte, North Carolina on September 1, 1992. Since that time, the office has expanded to include two other office locations in Hickory, North Carolina and Monroe, North Carolina.

Michael A. DeMayo was born in 1965 in Silver Spring, Maryland. He graduated with honors (cum laude) in 1987 and received his B.A. from Wake Forest University. He was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar after completing law school at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and the 1990 Moot Court Craven Competition Chairman. He was also inducted in to the Order of Barristers.

Not only is Mr. DeMayo licensed to practice law in all North Carolina State Courts, U.S. District Courts, but is also licensed to practice and is admitted to the United States Supreme Court. Mr. DeMayo is fluent in Spanish and has a number of bilingual employees to help serve his diverse clientele.
