Eloise grew up in Albemarle just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina. She graduated from Furman University and received her law degree from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law. When first beginning her professional career, she worked with a small general practice law firm in Burlington, North Carolina where she handled litigation and transactional matters on both the plaintiff and defense side. After moving to Charlotte in 2007, Eloise joined a small but growing civil litigation defense firm that over time became a large multi-state firm. There, she represented the interests of employers and insurance companies throughout the state of North Carolina defending workers’ compensation claims brought by employees.
Eloise now represents injured workers and assists them in obtaining the workers’ compensation benefits to which they are entitled. She is an aggressive advocate for her clients and is compassionate as to her clients’ needs. Eloise’s prior legal experience and her extensive knowledge of the workers’ compensation system allow her to provide top-notch legal representation to her clients with a focus on customer service and strong legal advocacy.
Eloise is admitted to practice law in North Carolina. Over the course of her 12-plus years of legal practice, she has successfully handled workers’ compensation claims at the Deputy Commissioner and Full Commission levels of the North Carolina Industrial Commission and at the North Carolina Court of Appeals level.
Eloise’s husband is also an attorney, who she met as an undergraduate student at Furman University. They have a daughter who is a vivacious ray of sunshine in their lives. Eloise enjoys spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities, and travel.
