Michael J. Rousseaux is a litigation attorney at DeMayo Law Offices. Mr. Rousseaux earned his B. S. from Gardner-Webb University where he graduated Cum Laude, with a major in Accounting. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in 1990.
Mr. Rousseaux was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 1990, and since then, the majority of his practice has been focused on representing individuals in personal injury cases, as well as those injured by medical malpractice. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, Mecklenburg County Bar Association and North Carolina Advocates for Justice. He is admitted to the US District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of North Carolina, as well as the US Court of Appeals – 4th Circuit.
Mr. Rousseaux lives in Weddington, NC with his wife Cathy, and daughters Alex and Maddy. He is a member of Carmel Baptist Church and an avid tennis player as a member of multiple USTA and Queen City teams.
